The Technology Transfer Office (TTO) is responsible for identifying, protecting and transferring all technologies that are developed at the University of Nevada, Reno and the Desert Research Institute to private sector companies for commercialization. The TTO is also responsible for all material transfer agreements and proprietary disclosure agreements at these two institutions.
